The years have fled so swiftly, I wonder where they’ve gone... My life lay there before me- Now most of it has flown. My flame is burner lower, Soon my last song, I’ll have sung- I’d offer you some good advice, Friend, live while you are young! See a lot of country- Make a lot of friends... Lay up some precious memories Of places you have been. Find someone to love you- Drink deeply from life’s cup... Live while you are young, friend... Too soon your time is up. Ride your string of horses- Experience romance... Write your name on people’s hearts- While you still have a chance. It really doesn’t matter, Where I’ve been, or what I’ve done, Just take it from a man who knows... Friend, live while you are young! |

~~~~~~ Ride your string of horses- Experience romance... Write your name on people's hearts- While you still have a chance. ~~~~~~ This truly touched me. Beautiful words of wisdom. |
I agree with you. We can't go back to the old days and do it over again. Shouldn't let life's opportunities pass us by. |
Excellent advice. Life is way too short to be unhappy. All writing comes |
