Gentle Thoughts Dearest, Gentle thoughts attach themselves this eve. As the indigo begins to fall upon me, would'st I have given anything to have thee by my side. The dance of words calls out, conveying thought patterns of distant desires. How graphic these dreams of thee have become. No other shall take the place of emotions left behind, creating my Knight's song. I sway, as I feel your rhythm beating within mine heart. I smile, recalling the blues that entertain eyes seeking to know their depths. Awareness opens every pore, seeping with intent, wishing to reclaim every touch. From the softest lips to the weightlessness of body upon body, I have memorized the feel; trails left behind from kisses, breaths that have tickled beneath the quilted sky of stars in alignment, the moon in it's phases, the chalkiness of the heavens covering the contentedness of dreams. I have lain in the emotional path of thee, each night with and alongside thee in mine thoughts, waiting, reaching out into shadows to touch what hast been missing, wanting, needing on this night, My Knight beside me. As words begin to fail, I shall take to bed, memories, to drift me, 'til next we meet. Always Yours, Lady Ollyne "O, learn to read what silent love hath writ: To hear with eyes belongs to love's fine wit"...Shakespeare [This message has been edited by Lady Ollyne (edited 06-10-2001).] |

LadyOllyne~ Gentle, indeed. You always write the loveliest letters. I enjoy reading them so much. Thank you for sharing the soft beauty of your thoughts. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
