I find comfort in your arms
when you hold me
in that special way
that only you can do.

Amidst the deep blue
pools of your eyes
I find a safe harbor
of tranquility to float in.

I hear the echoes
of our laughter
floating amidst the clouds
like a summer breeze blowing gently.

In these moments that we share
I find a life time of peace
and a contentment that burns
deeply into my soul.

Even now, while you are not here
I can feel the light that shines
from deep within you
and I am warmed by it's embrace.

If I should never feel
those arms of comfort hold me again,
in my heart I will know that for a moment
our hearts had touched.....
and our spirits had flown.
