Fingertip Touches Virginia Salter fingertip touches that’s all he ever really meant to use yet every time he took his disciplining hand away a rainbow’s colors marked the day in agony of memory recordings of what was his ‘love’ he couldn’t shove his feelings deep they’d only creep to mind again leaving pangs of pain tears of rain horrid stains of lost control he could not cajole away © April 7, 2001 |
