Fly me to Heaven

Blow me a breeze with the scent of a rose
Fill up the sky with the sun’s golden glows
Warm me with sunshine and bathe me in spray
Sail me to islands and shores far away

Count me the stars in the heavens at night
Sing me the songs of a sea bird in flight
Take me to paradise, give me your love
Fly me to heaven on wings of a dove

Take me to places I’ve not seen before
Lay me on crystal white sands on the shore
Walk me in seafoam and catch me a wave
And I will find peace in the promise you gave

Lace me a necklace of primrose and love
Fly me to heaven on wings of a dove
