Why does a dog chase a car They can't drive it if they catch it. Phatom feelings of limb's severed What of the breast, any feelings of it When love is the feeling of life Then gone, are we living or dead And hate consumes and adds strife Are we again glad or back to sad Why do we chase after a love thats gone Because of a feeling of still being there Does hate linger long after its done Or can we heal and live and share |

Well... you are the mom...you are supposed to tell me all these WHY's...how else am I going answer them when the little ones ask me...I know..."go ask grandma"  heheheheheLove you Mom...and you know if I find out any of the answer's I let you in on them  I do know one thing though...your poetry has grown more with each poem...excellent writing~ Your kid~ |

Irish Rose, after this I will go back to nice relaxing poems---- maybe. Thanks doreen, think we will ever know the answers? Of course not. Always a question. one day well find out what will happen when the dog catches the car, but this is my favorite line: "Or can we heal and live and share" this is the part i believe in. Bernie  A smile a day keeps the world in smile's. |
