How long will I love you?

For one last time,
You've broken my heart.
I let you in,
Right from the start.
I've never felt,
each part of me,
just open up,
we had honesty.
I always thought,
that love returned,
I said in time,
it'll be my turn.
And so now,
I must let it be,
with just my thoughts,
it was only me.

Thank you for your replies! I've loved this person since the day he entered my life several years ago. We've shared everything, and I always thought he'd "wake up" and realize his feelings for me. Well, he just let me know he's getting married. So it's time for me to let him go, for good this time!
