On your special day I just wanted to say I wish I could be there To take away your cares Look deep into my eyes They hold no clouded lies Just warm rays of love Cascading from heaven above You, my friend, always see The good that’s inside of me Amazing me with your perception Ignoring the many imperfections If I were there with you Here is what I would do I’d sit with you face to face Telling you the importance of your place You’ve made a difference in my life Helping me to ease the strife I know you’ll always care Your compassion is so rare We’ll walk hand in hand Together across the land Because of you I’ve been saved Finding the strength to be brave My spiritual mother and friend Please stay with me to the end In my heart your flower blooms As my passion for writing now resumes This is for you on Mother’s Day There are no words left to say A bond such as this is one of a kind Today thoughts of you fill my mind Please know I love you very much Close your eyes and feel my touch Wrapping you in my presence As we bask in life’s quintessence All writing comes |

It was a pleasure to write. Kathleen: I know you will always be here for me as I will always be here for you, sweetheart. There is no need for words. Just knowing I have made you happy is more than enough fo me. You have touched my life and made a huge difference for me. We are bound by honor and friendship. You know I think of you as family.
