only the auburn of solitude remains when we’ve parted for our separate lives... my heart a warrior, constantly battling yielding to my self-made limitations... just the marigold of the lonely sun shines after you’ve placed your kiss in my memory... my emotions disheveled, incessantly fighting to keep everything in one piece... but, something more lies beyond the mills of routine when I resign my stubbornness to looking further than my beliefs... my pride defeated, but always encountering something perfect with each breath... simply the magenta beauty of patience encompasses once I’ve decided to entrust our love to destiny... our lives ever unpredictable, nonetheless, continuously finding the strength to endure until that day... -kh 05/08/01 to be with you... |

I'm with Marge. This is such a beautifully written piece of quiet wisdom placed with a stunning picture. The winning line for me was truly, "just the marigold of the lonely sun shines." "I am not now that which I have been." |

How can I possibly tell you how this touched my heart and life. Everything...the words. the phrasing, the metaphor and the unbelievable imagery, I can't. But thank you so much for this one. It has special meaning for me and that's the beauty of these forums, no one really knows how another's words can touch their souls do they? Bless you.
