This side
of the sunset,
showered with orange
blossomed kisses
I wait,
beneath
sheltered trees
yeilding to
season's gentle brush
of change

purple splashes
caress rosy pinks
in comfort as
burning red licks
at tasty remnants
of daylight

Within
pale yellow glow
of moon, I wait
only your beloved presence
can set afire *stars*
in magnificent brilliance
against velvet night skies
forever,
my heart waits
for you...
