Quiet
in early morning light
tending my garden
with tender, loving care
knowing the bounty
will be great
and the harvest
good
I walk among the vegetables
weeding
watering
smiling
enjoying the fresh smells
as I touch each plant
and talk to them
looking forward
to fresh carrots
their rich flavor
and how they remind me
of you.........

I had a little garden, and now I have four kittens who destroy my little garden. But it's fine I still love to see them play and I have a mango tree which is full of untouched mangos. Lovely poem!

This just reminded me of a song by Adam Sandler...

I'm You Food Inuendu Guy...(Adam Sandler)

Baby Baby, I want to stew your tomata
Baby Baby, I want french fry your potatoe
Oh, Baby, Baby won't you pluck my grape
Won't you peel my banana like a pack of wild apes
I'm you food inuendu guy, your food inuendu guy
Huh...
baby, baby you got honey dew melons....
baby, baby can you see my ....

well its just garden orgy after that..
