I was almost there with you, today, you sat upon the roof. I could feel your breath in ear, fingers wailing "you're not here!" Every word you spoke to me I saw your lips pout perfectly and every word you left unsaid, I'll pencil in--and dream instead. Everything, you are? You're NOT. and everything, you're not? You ARE. You are but my quandary. Be still and hush, make love to me. Take me under lion's eyes-- for once a predator in weep. all my love--is honest lie the torture of a night's unsleep. You---you make me smile, you know. I touched my lips just now; I glow. The blush that rises on my cheek-- Damn you, you have made me weak. I wish I had a blanket spread. I wish I had a squire's bed. I wish my fingers were a spool for every hair upon your head. Tantalize me with your tongue, take me on the roof, undone... unafraid to meet the sky in spread of wings, with you, I fly....
