Oh gentle art lost within, Sing my heart's long dead sin Of trusting feasts once partaken, And love on stone, trust forsaken. Deception's notes the smoothest attire, Doused within, the strongest fires. Sings this voice from story same, A match made silent by the flame. Oh gentle words frost my brow, With wintered intent my pen will bow. Of hunger quenched I am guilty, Love on stone, desire filthy. Truth that cloaks the unmasked face, Deserves some gentle happy grace. But music touches hearts gone wild, Love and innocence, soon defiled. still d-i-s-c-o-n-n-e-c-t-e-d |
