Cut my lip on yellow apple
My eyes wide, spread, open, close
To sin of man and cry of God
River red lay down its path

From my seed the world will shine
From a drop the world will drown
The severed tree rocks me gently
The blood, the root, redeem one day

In my slumber, the apple ripens
The promise, gift, in its turn
For all that’s new and that is dead
It’s ash to ash; I course your veins

The Son of man, the Son of God
The withered life, the bole of grace
Basins, yellow, apples fill
The red river, now turned blue

Learn from me; burn off me
Claim your sin and lay ‘fore God
I was simple; I am dead
You have chance, eternal life

I love the wordings and powerful phrases you use in here man, especially "from a drop the world will drown."  That one was just amazing...
Very good job on the whole thing.
