Honeysuckle begs Come find me in the thicket Taste my nectar sweet Pick my sweet blossoms Inhale my sweet perfume love Seductions painless Take ivory blossoms To thy lips, drinking, tasting Intoxicating Honeysuckle lips Kissed with dewdrops glistening Amid the woodlands Honeysuckle vines Tentacles reach and entwine For life's purpose cling Honeysuckle grows As honeysuckle strangles Silently to death |

I loved what you did here. The images you created, the way they all connect. Nice job |

Gorgeous ballad in haiku with a devlish twist at the end, that wonderful element of surprise. "I am not now that which I have been." |

What a surprise ending this sensuous grouping of Haiku has! Corinne |

Inspired by a true to life situation, that of the attempt of honeysuckel to kill my over 6 foot tall Gardenia tree. The poem however could have multiple meanings. Glad you all enjoyed. |
