Friends come and go in your life Each friend or experience shaping the person you will become. Each giving a piece of their heart or lives to date I was taught lessons in life from friends Lessons to scare a person from love Why must you return just as life is going so well? My friends today have a hard road Breaking my fears In my life I was taught you'd grow tired of me I'm not good enough for you Boyfriends come and go Friends are suppossed to stay I tried to stay but you caused the friendship to sway away..... |

Dawn, Friends are those people who stand by you till the very end, they expect nothing of you except for you to be yourself. Everyday a new door opens for all of us, we just have to choose if we want to walk through it or not. Great poem, and I hope you see the potential that each day creates for you.  |
