A Smile Exercise Its from the inside Smiles are made We take them out To be displayed So take them out Onto others place Changing frowns To a smiling face Accept challenge Change the mood Dispel the frowns Let smiles exude This each can do Today, tomorrow Smile to pass on In ending sorrow Sharing the shine Dark to dismiss Smiles to extend With hug or kiss Inspire to others Delight the eyes Lighten each one A smile exercise Hope |
