"Charity begins at Home" Or is that true these days? Is it just where our hats are hung 'Fore we go our separate ways? It seems the Family suffers Not sharing a common meal, Each one on a different schedule Too busy to share how we feel. And in Survival's interest The kids by others are kept, Two paychecks seem so important Tho' the Day Care's are proven innept! Home to an empty dwelling The Latch-Key kids do come, Wonder why there's behavioral problems And why they oft' seem so dumb? Let Charity begin at Home Let Parents both agree, To be there for their Family As a Top Priority! For when Love begins at Home It's rippling effects, we will see, To generate a lot of Good And Bless our society. No Better Place do I know God Bless us All!!! |

Yes, this is so true. Pursuit of material gains has ruined many lives. Sometimes Mother must work but if at all possible, she shoud be home thos formative years. Well done. Joyce |
