Heart Beating loud Inside my cell How I long for you I want to feel All the things I hold in me Dreams that speak to me To feel your arms Holding me tight Your Breath on my skin Your soul letting me in To see into your eyes Feel you loving me My dreams must come true Please let me be the one Who gets to hold your heart Let me love you , hold you Be close enough to kiss you To share warmth as one To complete me |

"All the things I hold in me Dreams that speak to me" I liked this entire poem, you have let go with such passion. But these lines especially. "The rose, like the cactus flower, protects herself with thorns. We however, impale ourselves on their beauty." |

I can feel the electricity in this one. . . well written. . . ---------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |
