Just another typical blue day
Where I snap angrily at those I love
Burst into tears without reason
Laugh hysterically ... without humor

Just another day where nothing makes sense
Where I drive away those who would help
Isolate myself from the ones who care
I'm on that elevator... going down

Just another day when the meaning eludes me
When I see nothing of beauty but only the gloom
When dark is so complete, no light shines in
And I feel .... nothing at all

Just another day when getting up is a challenge
When answering the door takes all my strength
When Armageddon seems like deliverance
An end to confusion ... an end to pain

Just another day spent at DisneyHell
When all the rides go nowhere at all
But just keep going round and round
Rollercoaster ride ... destination unknown.
