Below deck,
Where teak wears no varnish,
And space spares no pretense;
Hips
And other such truths
Brush against
On their way to the head.

whew...all hands on deck *L*
so much said in so few words...
way cool poem...
clever employ of imagery and succinctity
well done.

Though my soul may sit in darkness,
It will arise in perfect light.
For I have loved the stars too fondly ...
To be fearful of the night.
