I'm standing here inside So much warmth is around me My gaze it turns outside As I see this is not the place to be The birds they dodge the showers As they desperately search for food Oh, how I wish for the sun To take away my sad, dark mood Wattle birds and sparrows The blackbirds have come too No longer does the sun Brighten up their view A dull and dreary day With no color anywhere in sight Oh, how this drab day shows Not much difference between day and night My mood it always changes When there's no sun to light my face The type of day for feeling low Where tears leave a glistening trace The only way to be happy Is to reach deep inside my heart Where I know I store sweet memories of you Here inside me, they'll never part My face it begins to smile As I think of you this day And I know that all too soon My dark clouds will go away I'll replace them with only sunshine Of treasured times that we did spend And I know that in this heart of mine My love for you will never end Suetang |

How great is love? How great is this piece? You utilize wonderful imagery and writing ability that I envy greatly. Wonderful. "I am not alive enough to kill myself." - Mary Ipal [This message has been edited by Secret Whisper (edited 04-25-2001).] |

Sue, I like how this one started off so gloomily, only to be turned completely around in mood by looking within yourself. Wonderful, my friend. Michael Proust- |
