A Giveaway That color doesn’t look good on you, shade of putrescence with a certain luminescence, glowing in darkness but with no shine of its own. I’m reminded of a kid’s toy, the kind given away - bright and new but quickly forgotten because it doesn’t do anything. © 2001 Corinne Bailey [This message has been edited by Corinne (edited 04-25-2001).] |

Corinne, Elegant, but sad. Stuffed bears, lions, and tigers do little but yield to hugs, but the inability to part with them suggests a transcendent value to children and adults alike. Bob |

some people find it easy just to give things away. . . but, there's always more value in keeping those things. . . wonderful Corinne. . . ------------------------------------------------------------ To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

This made me think of all the smiles I've given away and hopefully, they meant something. Thank you, Corinne. Kathleen Blake |
