She looks out upon the water Wondering what ever happened to her The smell so fresh and wind so cool Makes her sight so much farther Little does she know, one exists too, Her equal, just across the water Sometimes he thinks of her, Sometimes she thinks of him He looks out upon the same blue lake Wondering what it will take To be immortal together A picture they would make As waves getting wetter Getting lost in the memory wake Sometimes he thinks of her, Sometimes she thinks of him If only their eyes, lids open could see Each other waiting distantly A perfect mirror of one another Each, a lifetime waiting patiently Will that time come? they wonder Would that it could, one day be Sometimes he thinks of her, Sometimes she thinks of him Sometimes it’s all she can take When she becomes, The lady of the lake |

I love the repetition in this.......and the way you've taken the time to capture the whole picture, rather than just touching it here and there. Was very rich with emotion. Well done. |

so if they don't know of each other and yet they think of each other, is it their hope of one they are destined with which to share eternity? is that the crux of this romantic piece? I mean like is it a "Somewhere Out There" piece? [This message has been edited by VAS (edited 04-24-2001).] |

Take my words just a little less literal VAS. They were thinking of her/him asa being the ideal, the thought of someone...made for each other, yet not knowing each other. So many people in the world, does anyone else wonder these things? |
