She is music of most melodic type As if the wind through angels create her Of bangles, golden harps and silver pipes, One must be hallowed by God to hear her She carries clearly, ever so clearly And all stop short to listen to her song That those angels created so dearly With notes on measures delicate, yet strong She can whisper a soft and slow cadence, And rise in quickening notes of glory Each chord a specific form of patience And each note sings her eternal story She is music fashioned of hopes and fears She is music to my deadening ears [This message has been edited by PoeticKnight (edited 03-26-2001).] |
