i not 2 judge I judged a poet not long ago having never met him face to face. I thought of him a virtuous gentleman by the words he penned with grace. Tenderness poured from his pen as words to us he did compose. He never wrote ill of past loves who filled his heart full of woes. Wanting to know more of the man who lived behind the rhymes, I wandered through rooms of the forum, in one I saw what I thought to be a crime. The words I read rhymed and flowed, But made my heart hit the floor. The poet wrote of vulgar displays which I thought should be kept behind closed doors. Disillusioned and feeling oh so betrayed By the poet who I had placed in high esteem I stopped enjoying his sweet poems of love. I had seen he also wrote of smut extreme. Then my beloved brought to my attention. The poet I excluded was not at fault. He did place his vulgar poems behind closed doors. I opened the door, although I knew I should halt. I unjustly judged a poet not long ago having never met him face to face…… |

We do that don't we? Judge unfairly. But I want my own sweet poets not to write smut on the side. What does it accomplish, except more vulgarity. Joyce |

Joyce, guess no matter how old I get I should know better than going into the Adult Poetry. Kathleen, glad to see you. Yes I'm well, just learning not to wander so much. Seymour Thank you for reading and enjoying. |
