Frenzy fighting lonely view,
Adrift on moments,
Left to one who knew.
Facing dark alone too much,
Fearing slightly,
A cold empty, loveless touch.
Star glow fills my eyes,
I'm breathless helpless,
To the midnight skies.

Perhaps I'm wrapped
Too tightly in night's arms,
And on the ending,
My dreams sound their alarms.

Too dependant upon needing a night life?

still d-i-s-c-o-n-n-e-c-t-e-d
I am bound by this, you see...to become Night's sole mistress, and I am jealous in my endeavours for his attention.

I gather in a sense of brooding, though calmly told in a mysterious elegance. A rewarding and intriguing read.
