Here, Now, Forever

I have no clue about what I do here,
But I know things must be done right.
My mission on Earth is to find my love,
For a God of unparralelled wisdom and might.
And I see how it could be done,
If I simply went off and married someone,
Easier said than done.

My lord, I was placed by you on this Earth,
A highly inattentive yet intelligent being,
I dont see things as you see them, lord.
I wish I could, and I wish I might,
Have the slightest idea of what it is like,
And I know I have never once wandered close,
Among all of the things I have done.

Perhaps it is bliss to be as I am...

No need for material nonsense...

My focus determines my reality...

My focus is on what is good.
Writing is structure, structure is good,
Good conquers evil, with each stroke of my pen.
=
I admit that I am a dirty thief,
Who robs the coffers of the ones I love,
Something within me keeps me from returning that which I have stolen.
Why even try to justify the things that I have done wrong?
By this time, I should know,
That evil never forever goes...
(within this lifetime, anyway)

However as long as I pick up the pieces,
And gallantly fight on and on,
LETTING the pain coarse through me,
As I wipe my sweating brow,
And clean my blooded blade.

My scorpion stinger is gone, Alas!
I have no need for it!
This is only the first step,
of the most glorious transformation of all.
Leave my reality to me, stand back
I will be able to fly one day,
And you're coming up there with me.

Take my hand, never let go,

Watch the sand turn into snow,

Watch the snow turn to a blue sky,

Watch as we soar to the heavens high!

Watch the blue sky turn into stars,

And beyond which watch your reality wax,
=
Watch as your hate is erased.
Watch! As your pain is erased, forever

Love is God. Love is war. Love is what your life is for.

Very interesting read...I could relate to many of your thoughts here.

thank you all for your replies.. just to clear up that whole "Robbing the coffers of the ones i love"
I wrote this poem right after i just embezzled 200$ from my grandfathers desk. I felt bad about it.. seeing as i had an overnight battle over whether or not i should steal it.. the evil got the better of me, and i stole the damn money.. ill never get over it...
