The road ends.
The river bends.
Nothing stays the same.

Hope flies.
Love dies.
No one is to blame.

Pages turn.
Bridges burn.
Life simply goes on.

The wind blows
even though
you, my love, are gone.

It's so sad to see emotions like this, but you have written them so well, TA, as usual!  Great write, m'friend...

Ahh..Yes. It goes on. Life and other things even when love leaves, but sometimes I am grateful still for the wind; because if I stand out in it it seems to blow all my sad thoughts away, giving me a feeling of peace.
Loved your poem. As you can see, it made me think.

Tennessee Angel,

You've said so much truths with so little words. Well done
