The Machine.

But how can you control the freak,
If you don't have machine,
Make sure that the stong one doesn't hurt the weak,
And find the perfect mean.

Who'll stop the crazy mind
From taking your mothers life,
The roaring metal guarantees
You'll see your kids and wife.

But being used as working bee,
Obeying every wish,
Just following is not good enough for me,
I am not trapped golden fish.

So many questions and so little time,
Waisted words are heard again.
A pointless life is also fine,
This is my prayer, Deaf God, Amen.

Enjoy. Comments are more than welcome.

Stan....I liked your footnote...which I almost missed. And the line, "...This is my prayer, Deaf God, Amen."   It is interesting that there is a bit of rhythm and rhyme between "Amen" and "Stan"....though I know that your name was not intentionally meant to be a part of the poem. Accusing God of being deaf is a lot more than most do. Bob

I still do not know what this machine is, but I enjoy the read.
