Silhouettes of Peace Virginia Salter long-stemmed silhouettes stretch across patio in early morning sun peaceful beauty adorning coming of day my eyes lift, seek to see what it is that blocks sun so graciously tulips soft, yellow, brilliant amarillo orange, rose, salmon pink perched atop vibrant green glinting sun spots toward my eyes sparkling up these early hours a yawn attempts to surface for the restful peace this beauty brings rest in God’s lovely creation serenity is mine small stuff to sweat fades in the awesomeness of this precious hour of springtime flower ©April 17, '01 |

Well done! Don't you just love spring? Live for love. Without love, you don't live. |

Thank you all! Hadn't thought, Panne, of them as being senyrus, just one poem made up of phrases. Glad you liked, everyone! |

VAS, That is my mistake - they aren't senyrus really - just the look on the page made me think of senyrus - I am afraid I didn't count syllables - for which I am sorry for being so lax, in any event - I liked the piece and am sorry for putting a label (and an incorrect label) on them. Panne |

This is a beautiful poem I love the imagery and the descriptions of all of the beautiful things, it puts me in a happy mood as I'm sure it did to all the other reeaders! Interesting, intriguing and inspiring! ^*~Kicking Kim~*^ "Theres no posession, just obsession and growing depression" |
