January, February, June or July,
I will love you until the day I die.
That’s how the saying goes,
And this, you need to know.
I’ll never, ever say good bye.

Although said a thousand times,
I really don’t think it’s a crime.
So, how do I care?
I’ll always be there.
“My love is yours, your love is mine.”

So look upon our life that’s past
Many, years have elapsed.
It’s something to be thankful of,
And to praise GOD above,
That our love will last and last and last.

a very lovely poetic declaration of devotion
and a clever rhyme scheme to add to its pleasures.
