To have never known A sweet love to share Neither one of us crossed that line, Never dared To never share Of what dreams are made We watch them wisp away Into twilight fade To never embrace Into arms of warm Nothing to safely cradle A feeling newly born To never have kissed With passions true fire Just turn away Ignore desire To never give our hearts To where they do belong Never say I said That it was wrong lost in thought, found in words. |

I think we have all been there at one time or another and lost that chance forever. Wonderful reminder that we should seize the day and not let those golden opportunies slip by the wayside. Well done. All writing comes |
