Needing Tender touches To warm me in the night Fantasies of romance made real Through heat of hands and blending of two hearts Coming together to create A night of dreams come true Wishes granted And sighs ~SEA~ |

You better watch out ... you are getting very warm, not to mention ... Live for love. Without love, you don't live. |

SEA....nice poem but not a rictameter according to the definition I have. I believe the last word must be the same as the first word.... Rictameter is a scheme similar to cinquains. Starting your first line with a two syllable word, you then consecutively increase the number of syllables per line by two. i.e. 2,4,6,8,10 Then down again, 8,6,4,2 Making the final line the same two syllable word you began with. Mike "HEY, DON'T THROW THAT AWAY, I MIGHT NEED IT SOMEDAY!!!" Packratmike |

SEA....you write very well and I have no doubt that you can master any form presented here. Since I've been visiting PIP I have learned so much thanks to many here, including you. (You introduced me to cinquains.) With the little I know, I'm glad I could be of help to you. Mike |
