At the start of the school year, if someone said to me that you and me would be together, I'd think they were nuts. You were the crazy kid went to Classical, got kicked out, and hung out on Thayer all the time. Why would someone like you ever like someone like me? I used to think you were nothing more then a guy. Another piece of eye-candy to look at, but never touch. One more name on the list of totally awesome guys I know. But now that we're together and I'm getting to know you better, I see that you're so much more then just some guy. You're my guy. My awesome guy. It feels so good to say you're mine, to know you're there for me. I once thought I was in love, now that I've met you, I don't think it was love I felt in the past, just lust I miss took for love. The way I felt then is nothing compared to the way I feel now. When I'm with you I feel so safe and content. Nothing else matters. Time stops and all I can think of is how I want to as close to you as possable, to feel your soft touch on my skin, to kiss you deeply with your arms around me, to lay with you just listening to your heart beating. I've gona through life always wondering if I'd find someone like you. A person I want to be with all the time. When I'm awake all I can think of is when I'll see you again, hold long it will be untill I can hold you again, and when I'm asleep, dreams of you fill my mind. Constant wanting and need to be with and around you angulf my being. I can't help be love being around you, your sheer pressence effects my mood and makes me happy. You put me on a natural high and make me feel alive. Before you, something inside felt empty, now I feel complete, whole, the missing piece to the puzzle has been found. Danielle, Hey! that was a really beautiful poem, you expressed your feelings so beautifully!! To have a love like that for someone is a Incredible and rare thing! Just a tip of advice though, I noticed several typing errors in your poem, so you might want to go back and check those cause some of the errors was like you missing a word that was supposed to be in the sentence. So just so people don't get mixed up, you might want to check it out! But otherwise, that is a beautiful poem, beautifully put together and you did an Super terrific job! I loved it! LadyPeach1 |
