Everything in life,
Stems and comes from what we do,
Our friend or foe Karma,
A gentle reminder, that will see us through.

I like doing good deeds,
Going that little further,
Making a little effort,
So people will feel better.

A poster saying
'Believe in yourself,
As I believe in you!'
For a shy little girl who has no faith in herself.

A word of praise,
For the little boy,
Who doubts he can do it,
Spreading a little joy.

Some words of love,
To a friend who's doubting himself,
Who believes everything will go wrong,
Who's life seems 'suspended' on a shelf.

Sharing another's sorrow,
When times are tough,
It costs nothing,
And can never be too much.

But some say I'm wrong,
That it's a waste of time,
They should know what they are capable of,
Hell, they are in their prime!!

That I give to much,
There will be nothing left when needed,
That so much effort,
Is probably not really heeded.

I disagree!
It's important to me,
To help my friends and associates,
To remind them of all there is to see.

It used to be an effort,
I'm the first to admit,
Now it's truly a part of my nature,
The shoe - it seems to fit!

I like knowing I made a little difference,
Someone's day had a little bright spark,
That there is light, love and beauty in this world,
Not just an empty tunnel of dark.

Perhaps they condemn,
What they are too lazy to do?
It must be wonderful to be so mighty,
Needing no one to help you through.

I pity those that don't understand,
That have never seen mankind's light,
For they will inevitably end up,
Cold and alone with no comfort in sight.

So, I shall continue,
With my caring and loving ways,
Sharing that spark of hope and love,
For the rest of my days.....
