Poetry read- responses given
Seemingly dissapeared the moment I wrote them
Where did my words go? I haven't a clue
Word heaven? Or perhaps they faded to blue?
Emailed Ron in hopes that it's corrected
But meanwhil eI sit feeling so disconnected
I can make all the new posts, I could ever desire
But when I try to post a response things go haywire
So, I'm stuck in this land once thought to be paradise
It's almost like talking to myself- it's definitely not nice!
A one sided conversation, random thoughts of others read
But when I lift my fingers and speak my words go unsaid!!!

***FRUSTRATING!!!! I have no idea why but any response I make doesn't show up I can make all the new posts I want to but if I reply to someone else's poem it doesn't show up and it's about to drive me insane ... so if anyone has any idea of whats wrong or how to fix it please let me know

I noticed this the other day, but there i don't think you have to worry because mine did post imeditaly, but would after time go up. I just think there is a delay on the server or software.

Best advice...refresh a million times lol...

also - try clearing your cookies in the Manage Cookie section which you can find by going to the Member's Area

One last ditch effort...clear your temporary internet files - seems to help me sometimes when this happens.

Now..if all else fails - post this question in Q&A where Ron or some other techno whizz can tell you WHY this happens and possibly more effective ways of dealing with it - though honestly I think it is just one of those things...

I assure you though - your replies do make it. You can always check they are there by returning to the thread list and counting the number of replies...

Thanks for the advice you guys ... I tried everything and it is still not working right but at least my posts are going up and other people may be able to read them even if I can't
