I'd love to hold on to him with all my heart,
never let him go, never be apart.
He's the greatest guy and he means the world to me.
Perfect, that's how a life with him would be.
But I can't hold on, I haven't the right.
Other girls can have him and I can't even fight.
he's not mine and never will be
cuz no matter how much I love him, he'll never love me

Not stupid at all, really.
I wrote a piece with these same feelings called "time after time".
Sad thoughts, but true sometimes.
Another truth is that life goes on.
Time will fix it.
