I opened the old box, To capture the memories, The past crept in, Leaving my senses ever so keen, With a gentle touch I untangle the mess, Now that I see it, I should’ve left it blessed, Sensing with my hand, I tried evoking my memories, But the dust settled in creating a fog, Erasing any untouched stories, To capture the memories, One must leave the box closed, For when it is exposed, You will feel a closing remorse. Interesting message Xenox, you might want to look at the rhyming scheme as it takes away from the impact of the poem. write on Kethry Those of us who refuse to risk and grow get swallowed up by life. Patty Hansen. |

What do you mean by the rhyming part? Ronil (Inspiration for my poems is all around me for my muse is my reality.) |
