When I get really lonely
I start to feel real mad
Then the tears start to flow
I then become sad
Why is it so difficult to ask
For a little help for me
To let this sadness go
And let me become free
To open up alittle
And let go of the pain
The world is so big
With so much to gain
Yet I sit in my cave
Hiding from you
All the pain you bring
If you only really knew
It's all of you that scare me
All of you that stare
You think of me as different
None of you even care
I have feelings also
I shed many tears
I live in the darkness
With many so called fears
If it wasn't so difficult
I would surely look your way
Maybe ask for a hand of help
Reguardless of what you say
But that shall never happen
I am too scared of me
Everything I touch
Turns dark, you see....

It can be hard to get passed that, but it is worth the effort, it can happen. Another great write, I enjoyed.

I have no fear of darkness,
I’ve lived within it for many years,
Shunning people and places,
Avoiding the shedding of tears,
With time I stopped my asking
Leaving strangers to their on ways,
Making a friend of the darkness
Hiding emotion from the days.

I dont even know where to begin to tell you how much i can relate to this. Asking for help is probably one of the hardest things to do especially feeling the way that you do...Asking for help to others seems so simple but it is so complex because once u ask for help you let people in and then you allow them to be apart of you and your forever having to deal with them being aware and you not being able to be alone...i know how you feel so much...::hugs::
