I remember a time when I thought I was king
Nothing could hurt me, not a single thing
Friends I've known for over nine years
Sharing laughs, memories, and tears
But something happened on our way
Connection severed day by day
Walked with only one friend
Who tried to make it end
A king I am no longer
Never again stronger
Always dwindling
Never kindling
Loneliness

I can really connect with this. My life went a complete 180 this past year and this poem describes what happened. Good job!

I have a lot of fake friends and most of the good ones havent been around in a while.  Well maybe one or two. If your lonely music never turns away.
