If tomorrow wasn’t coming I wonder, could I say All the things I have to say? If one morning the tears filled my lungs Would the flies even want me then? Not ever is a morning Ever kind enough to greet me I’m walking on this earth The one that wants to beat me If tomorrow wasn’t coming I wonder, would you love Would you love me then? The oceans couldn’t hold The amount of blood I’d shed for you We paint things gold to hide Everything we don’t want to see I cannot find enough gold in the world To paint over this pain I feel I cannot make this go away If tomorrow wasn’t coming I would be happy, that I can surely say |

I can relate to your feelings. I honestly believe that some people hurt more intensely than others. I can clearly detect your despair in this poem. But, the good news is, as long as we hold on, we never know what tomorrow is going to bring. So lord I see you grinnin' must be grand always winning....AIC |
