Once turned into many
Many turned to addiction
Addiction is where theres no turning back
no turning back to the life you once had
everything changes
patterns change, feelings, and the mind
The mind is a cave wrapped around and consumed
Consumed to the point where you are rotting inside and out
rotting of knowledge
rotting of honesty
and rotting of faith
Faith is somthing you have once
this once in a time thing is a delicate scale
so delicate that one pock or pull in the wrong direction could set you off at anytime.......theres no turning back.....

I like the way you let it go here. Write more. Powerful poetry.

Well said. I know what you mean.

If you listen hard enough silence can mean more than words.

The poem began slowly but as you progressed your words began to harbour true emotion
