Steal my heart
Make the pain go away
Steal my smarts
Forever, the pain will stay.

Lie to me
Make me feel guilt
Lie in the light we see
See the pain I built?

Won't trust myself to trust
Make hurt seem real
Won't turn guilt to disgust
This day I fear, is sealed

Rob me of my unconscious mind
Make me go back to yesterday
Rob me of everything; I don't have time
Denial is like life; it's not this way

Save my every tear, put it in the castle
Waiting for that over due rainy night
Save my every smile, for later hassles
Show me the heroes that gave their life

Walk away from me as if I didn't matter
This day has not been won
Walk away from this hurt it's gonna splatter
This day is done
