HAPPILY EVER AFTER!!
(or so I thought)

Today I marry my best friend.
Tomorrow starts a beginning ‘til the end.
A love undying, never lieing.
Two hearts intertwining.
When you feel the love that we share,
You’ll know the world we’re lost in here.
Where nothing else matters.
Where we live as one.
Happy & free,
Cannot come undone.
Through thick & thin,
Whether big or small.
We’ll make it together,
Can’t possibly fall.
We can greet the world,
Head held high,
Because our strength,
Is always by our side.
When we’re down,
There’s always arms open wide.
To each other,
We can confide.
Dark nights,
When we feel all alone.
We can just roll over,
& a light is shone.
He is my king.
I am his queen.
He was the faceless man,
In my every dream.
My wish has been granted,
Couldn’t ask for more.
The meaning of life,
Has just walked through my door.
Now we’re forever together,
& we both know,
the world’s a better place,
& together we’ll grow!

(does happy dance) Yay! Oh Katie, are you really getting married tomorrow, cause if you are...CONGRATULATIONS!!! (big hugggsssssssss) I know either way your heart is destined to find true happiness forever, dearest friend, this is lovely, I am not quite sure why this is in Dark Poetry but either way I vote for it, God Bless You, we all love you so much! I admire the way you expressed you're love and happiness...I too see the faceless man in my dreams and only hope to be as happy as you seem when I grow old enough to love and marry...great poem!

No I'm not getting married

I thought I was soon, but that all melted away with the snow!! I guess that's why I posted it here--cause this poem just makes me sad now. I guess I'll get through it though--I always do, just gotta keep my head up
