I don't suppose that you would know what guilt does when it roams free, slithering through my open veins poisoning the all of me. With venom of lies, bitter cries all that I can not deny, heavy as lead, a slow descent through and around, down to the ground a bitter IV drip. Enough! It's made me sick... I hold in hand a small entity simple really, forgiving me, let go of all the hate you feel can't you see for me to heal you must accept, that's the deal please, let's move away... leave the hurt in yesterday. Yes indeed, that last line pulls it altogether so well. Nice write. I be me BUT who does me be? |
