I SEE YOU IN EVERLASTING DARKNESS I see you In everlasting darkness, Your moods at best, Are depressed Once down from your chemically induced highs, Your life borders On the realms of insanity. You are a blame placer, Blaming the blameless. You have never accepted responsibility For any of your self-destructive actions. You are a pessimist Who points carelessly The finger of your contempt and hatred, Towards the optimist. For they live within a light You cannot find. Like a runaway train, You run on a fast track of despair And desperation, Going nowhere - fast. Your life appears to run Thru a never ending darkness, A tunnel that circles within itself, From your conception From a darkened womb, Until your demise, Your lowering Into the unforgiving black earth, I see you IN EVERLASTING DARKNESS Truths, Lies and Imagination, |

I have no idea whether you wrote this with "a little TRUTH" or "lots of IMAGINATION" but it rings so true and real it seems you must have been writing about someone much like my first love. It is a very powerful piece for people who have been in a similar relationship. Barb |

Thank you I took the line I see you in everlasting darknessand wrote two pieces, one being dark and the other one being thankful. The second part is in the Corner Pub forum. It was a fun exercise. I be me BUT who does me be? |
