Concerning the recent events with my brother and with my family

Your simplicity puzzles me and
Your complexity amuses me.

I would ask if you'd like to talk
but I know what you would do, how
you would lie about all of it
with a straight face and then
start another round around the
round table downstairs.

Someday we will catch up with you
and understand what it is you did
so long ago, in secret, and I will
reveal my secrets so the final few
pieces will fall to the floor.

But until then we are left asking
questions during the day and
prowling around during the night,
looking for the answers.

Still I fear that one day you will
die by this family game and I
will be left an empty guilty man.

Your comic blunders concern me and
Your rebelious thoughts amuse me.

"If history is to change, let it change. If the world is to be destroyed, so be it. If my fate is to die, I must simply laugh"

Wow, that is powerful and intense. I like the way you worked the opening and closing, leaving much room for an intro as well as  a sequel to this apparently real-life saga.
Well done. Peace.

I really like this.  What I enjoy most about writing, is the freedom of interpertation.  What I took from this...well...it hits home.
