there is no room for sorrow in the land of grief for adding more to infinite doesn’t add much more just as adding a drop to the ocean doesn’t make it swell there is no place to go at the bottom of the hole when the more you dig the more you go inside like quicksand there’s no escape there is no rope to hang on there is no line to dry (my tear-soaked wet skin) there is no shoulder to cry there are no tears to shed and any attempt to climb back from the slippery moss of memory overgrowth leads to nowhere but back to the great depths painted in the black ashes of love's funeral pyre yet I am searching for the lighter shade of black in pitch-black surroundings like a foolish optimist who knows that even light is afraid to peek through the eclipse of the sun by a big bad moon |

I so very impressed by this! I think this is the first poem of yours that I have read but I will certainly look up some of your other works. This is a very eloquent and well crafted poem, it is obvious that alot of work went into this, you created some brilliant imagery, Alright I will stop gushing now! Well done Anya |

"Let's have a black celebration. A black celebration. Tonight. "To celebrate the fact that we've seen the back of another black day." -Depeche Mode Loved it, Sudhir. You play with rhythm and word and leave us with a picture of infinity, one teardrop at a time. |

Is it cruel to say I enjoyed reading this bit of darkness? You paint the dark side of love so well. Hope the lighter shade is visible to you soon. |

Suddy this moved me 'yet I am searching for the lighter shade of black in pitch-black surroundings like a foolish optimist who knows that even light is afraid to peek through the eclipse of the sun by a big bad moon' especially that. Well done you K |

I liked this very much. But, I believe that adding a drop to the ocean could make it swell... Succubus "We who have lived in concentration camps remember people who gave comfort to others, along with their last morsel bread..." -Victor Frankl |
