I can't help but feel I can't help but fall. I'm trapped inside a padded chamber of perplexity. I can't help but keel. I can't help but crawl. I'm trapped inside these bloodied walls of anxiety. I'm so ignorant, so stupid. I can't destroy myself, I can't destroy. I can't help but lie. I can't help but fake. I'm losing my grip on this so called reality. I can't help but cry. I can't help but ache. I'm losing the fight against my alter ego. I'm losing, I've lost. I can't lie about you anymore, I can't lie. I'm not okay. "Sometimes, somethings turn into dumb things, and that's when you put your foot down." |

Oh wow. This piece says it all and some more...this says everything I've wanted to say for such a long time...but the words never left my tongue--or for that matter, my pen. Thank you,,,,, |

Honestly, I think that poem was very beautiful, as it held nothing back and just blurted your truth. In my opinion, thats a key to a good poem. I think you did a great job and you should be proud of yourself for making this. This is real artwork here. |

I'm a big fan of alter egos (I should be since I have several) & I think they tell us alot about ourselves. Sounds like yours is offering some good advice. |
